Thursday at 3:30 we pack the food bank, and Saturday at 7:30 we hand it out. No list. Come to one or come to both.
Georgia Barnette is Louisiana's state missions offering, and every dollar stays in the state. Give through the church. Write Georgia Barnette on the gift.
The Children's Home truck comes Tuesday for Fall Food Roundup, Fill Their Plates, Feed Their Future. Groceries will not make that run, so send money. They spend it on milk, bread, eggs, meat, and produce all year.
Friday, Temple Baptist in Winnsboro fries fish for Frankie and Judy Haring, twelve dollars, take-out. Buy the ticket at our church.
We want a thousand ramen packets for Halloween around here. Drop them in the conference room.
October 8, Plantation Oaks needs us at 110 Maple Street from 10:00 to 2:00, volunteers and cakes for the cake walk. Deer Creek is Thursday at 6:00 at First Baptist Winnsboro.

Fish Fry for Frankie and Judy Haring
$12 a person. Fish, french fries, hush puppies, and dessert. Temple Baptist Church Family Life Center, 287 Taylor Avenue, Winnsboro. The money goes to hospital bills, rehab, and the daily cost of staying there.
On August 5 Frankie was diagnosed with a large brain aneurysm that required surgery. He has been in the hospital in Shreveport since then, first in ICU and now in a regular room. Judy has stayed with him. A long recovery is still ahead. Pray for Frankie and Judy.

September · Louisiana Missions Offering
Georgia Barnette
Every dollar stays in Louisiana. The 2026 state goal is $1.8 million.
This year's featured work includes Boxes of Hope, a women's prison ministry; Vietnamese Hope Baptist Church; New Friendship Baptist Church as it is being rebuilt; and Church Acadiana. The offering also plants churches, serves meals after storms, helps congregations build, trains ministers, and puts the gospel on the air.

Ladies Night is at 6:00 at Joni Fontenot's. All the ladies of the church are invited.
